During WWII Boeing had to built so many planes, such as the B-17 and B-29, it needed additional production facilities to accomplish this task. These were provided by Bell, Lockheed and Martin. Most of the aircraft produced by those companies can be found here.
Also, during the Cold War, B-47's were built under license by Lockheed Marietta and Douglas Tulsa (the latter can be found in the Douglas Production List).
Additional information on c/n's for Bell Atlanta and Martin Omaha is welcome.
Finally, Boeing Aircraft of Canada built a number of Boeing models. The ones not fitting in the regular Boeing Seattle production list can be found here (again any additional information is welcome).
